مسار مهني تخصصي لتأهيل مدير رياضي يقود تطوير القطاع الرياضي والفني داخل النادي أو الاتحاد الرياضي، من خلال التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتطوير الفرق والمنتخبات والأجهزة الفنية وبرامج اكتشاف المواهب واللاعبين وتحليل الأداء الرياضي، مع الالتزام بالحوكمة وحماية الرياضيين.

188 ساعة فعلية: 56 ساعة نظرية و132 ساعة تطبيقية، بما يعادل 122 وحدة مهنية داخلية.

منهج التعلم والتقييم

يُبنى التعلم على دراسة الحالات المهنية، والتطبيقات والمحاكاة وتحليل البيانات والوثائق والمشروعات الواقعية، مع التقييم القائم على إثبات الكفاءات المهنية.

المشروع المهني المتكامل

إعداد مشروع تقييم وتطوير المنظومة الرياضية لمؤسسة رياضية، وتحليل فرقها وبرامجها ومؤشرات أدائها ووضع خارطة تطوير عملية.

المؤهل المستهدف وحدود الممارسة

المدير الرياضي المعتمد – International Academy for Sports Training.

وظيفة المدير الرياضي تختلف عن القيادة التنفيذية العامة للنادي وعن وظيفة المدرب؛ ولا يمنح المؤهل تعيينًا أو تفويضًا تعاقديًا أو ترخيص تدريب تلقائيًا. ويظل إعلان التسجيل والمواعيد والرسوم رهينًا بقرار التشغيل الرسمي من الأكاديمية.

Sports Department Leadership and Operations

Programme Overview

A single, competency-based professional qualification designed for those managing sporting programmes and sport-specific functions within clubs, federations and other sports organisations. The pathway develops operational sporting judgement, programme leadership and coordination skills within applicable governance and delegated authority.

The programme targets professional competence and does not itself confer appointment, job placement or regulatory licensing.

Competency-Based Training Plan

  • Professional qualification: Certified Sports Director
  • Programme reference: G2-002
  • Curriculum: 10 integrated training modules, one final qualification and no intermediate exit awards.
  • Theoretical training: 56 hours.
  • Applied training: 132 hours.
  • Total guided training: 188 actual hours.
  • Academy internal professional units: 122 (theory hours plus half of applied hours).
  • Study duration: to be confirmed in the published cohort schedule.

These units measure internal training workload; they are not automatically university credits or external professional accreditation.

Professional Learning Outcomes

  • Understand sports systems, technical structures and the sporting regulatory environment.
  • Plan and manage sporting programmes, competitions and operational activities.
  • Coordinate athletes, coaches, technical personnel and relevant support functions.
  • Monitor sporting performance, resources, welfare and operational risks.
  • Produce an integrated professional project demonstrating sport-specific management competence.

Training and Assessment

Learning is built around authentic professional casework, supervised applied activities, evidence-based assessments and an integrated final professional project. The detailed module names, individual module hours and cohort schedule will be published after the Academy completes their cross-check against the programme training plan.
