القاعدة الأساسية: الأكاديمية تُعِدُّ المتقدم علميًا ومهنيًا، أما FIFA فهو الجهة التي تتحقق من استيفاء شروط الأهلية وتنظم الاختبار وتصْدر عنها رخصة وكيل كرة القدم. لا تمنح شهادة الأكاديمية حق ممارسة خدمات وكيل كرة القدم.

طبيعة المهنة والفئات المستهدفة

تُنظِّم لوائح FIFA مهنة وكيل كرة القدم المرخص، التي تشمل تقديم خدمات التمثيل للأطراف المخولة، بما فيها اللاعبون والمدربون والأندية، لغرض إتمام معاملات أو ترتيبات تعاقدية في كرة القدم.

يستهدف البرنامج المهتمين بدخول هذه المهنة، والقانونيين والإداريين والعاملين في قطاع كرة القدم والمرشحين للتقدم إلى اختبار FIFA. وهو برنامج تحضير للاختبار والترخيص، لا إعلان مزاولة المهنة قبل الحصول على الترخيص.

كيف يحصل المتقدم على الترخيص؟

  1. إنشاء حساب وتقديم طلب صحيح عبر منصة FIFA للوكلاء خلال الفترة المحددة رسميًا.
  2. تقديم المعلومات والوثائق واستيفاء متطلبات الأهلية والتحقق وفق اللوائح النافذة.
  3. اجتياز اختبار FIFA لوكلاء كرة القدم، ما لم يكن المتقدم مستفيدًا من استثناء تعترف به FIFA وفق أحكامها.
  4. استكمال متطلبات إصدار الترخيص، بما في ذلك سداد الرسوم المقررة رسميًا وأي إجراءات أخرى يحددها FIFA.
  5. الالتزام بعد الترخيص بقواعد السلوك والتمثيل والرسوم والإفصاح والتطوير المهني المستمر CPD والمتطلبات الوطنية المعمول بها.

تعلن الأكاديمية خطة الدراسة والساعات عند فتح التسجيل، وتُحدّث المادة العلمية وفق أحدث المصادر الرسمية الصادرة عن FIFA. وتكون مواد FIFA الرسمية المصدر المرجعي الأساسي للمشاركين، وأي شروحات أو اختبارات تُعدها الأكاديمية أدوات مساعدة مستقلة وليست بديلًا عن تلك المواد.

التقييم والمشروع التطبيقي

يشمل التقييم أسئلة محاكاة في القواعد واللوائح، وتحليل مسائل افتراضية عن اتفاقات التمثيل وحالة اللاعبين وانتقالاتهم وأخلاقيات المهنة، وتمرينًا على قائمة تحقق لإجراءات طلب الترخيص ومتطلبات ما بعد اجتياز الاختبار. لا يُعد النجاح في التقييم الداخلي نجاحًا في اختبار FIFA.

التأهيل المستمر بعد الترخيص

Player Agent Programme

An independent professional preparation programme offered by the International Academy for Sports Training for individuals seeking to obtain a FIFA Football Agent licence. It prepares prospective applicants for the regulatory knowledge tested in the FIFA examination and guides their understanding of official eligibility checks, application procedures and ongoing licensing obligations.

Clear distinction: The Academy provides independent education, practice exercises and procedural orientation. FIFA exclusively administers its agent licensing scheme and examination and determines eligibility and the issuance of licences. Completion of this Academy programme does not authorise the provision of football agent services.

Professional Scope and Target Audience

Under FIFA’s regulations, licensed football agents may provide regulated agent services to eligible clients, including players, coaches and clubs, for the purpose of concluding football-related transactions. The programme is intended for individuals preparing to enter the profession, including sports administrators, legal professionals and interested candidates.

Official Licensing Route

  1. Apply on the FIFA Agent Platform within the published application window.
  2. Meet the applicable eligibility criteria and complete required declarations and checks.
  3. Pass the FIFA Football Agent Examination unless FIFA recognises an applicable exemption.
  4. Complete the official licensing steps, including the prescribed fees and other applicable requirements.
  5. Maintain the licence by observing professional, national and FIFA requirements, including continuing professional development.

Holding a law degree, or having worked as a coach or player, does not in itself exempt a candidate from the examination. Recognised exemptions are limited and subject to FIFA’s determination.

The 2026 application window closed on 6 March 2026. Examination sessions were scheduled for April 2026, with conditional additional dates in May. Dates for subsequent examination editions must be checked through official FIFA announcements; the Academy does not determine them.

Learning and Internal Assessment

Continuing Professional Development

Participants are introduced to FIFA’s continuing professional development (CPD) requirements and annual licence duties. Academy attendance and learning hours are not automatically recognised as FIFA CPD credits.

Academy Completion Certificate

Participants who meet the Academy’s internal requirements may receive a certificate of completion for FIFA Football Agent Examination Preparation and Licensing Readiness. This is not a FIFA Football Agent licence or proof of passing the official examination.
