Programme Overview

This professional pathway develops consultants able to advise clubs, federations, leagues and other sporting institutions on legal and regulatory matters. It combines sports legal analysis, drafting of statutes and regulations, contract review, management of disputes and proactive governance advice. Particular emphasis is placed on the interaction between international sporting regulations and national legislation.

The targeted Academy professional qualification is Certified Sports Legal Consultant, subject to successful completion of the applicable learning and assessments.
